益气养阴活血清利法治疗慢性泌尿系感染48例临床观察

摘要:

[目的]探讨以益气养阴活血清利中药治疗慢性泌尿系感染的临床疗效。[方法]将96例患者随机分成2组,治疗组48例,在抗生素治疗基础上加用益气养阴活血清利中药治疗,对照组48例,采用抗生素常规治疗,4周后评判疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为93.75%,而对照组则为87.50%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组临床症状、尿常规、菌尿及尿沉渣计数均有明显改善,但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]以益气养阴活血清利法中药配伍组方治疗慢性泌尿系感染具有良好的治疗效果。

Abstract:

[Objective] To research the clinical effect of Yiqiyangyin Huoxueqingli(benefiting vital Qi and nourishing YIN, Activating blood circulation and eliminating pathogens) method in treating chronic infection of urinary system. [Methods] Ninety-six patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and control group. The formers were treated with antibiotics and TCM therapy while those of control group with conventional antibiotic treatment. The curative effect after four weeks was evaluated. [Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.75% and that of control group was 87.5% (P<0.05). The clinical symptoms, urine routine examination, bacteriuria and the counts of urine depositions were significantly improved. The curative effect of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The TCM therapy has a good effect in treating chronic infection of urinary system.
