浅谈宁痛方从肝论治偏头痛

摘要:

从中医脏腑理论出发,通过对偏头痛病因病机的探讨,提出"诸痛治肝"的依据,宁痛方的特点在于重用虫类药调肝,以平肝熄风、通络止痛为治疗大法,从肝论治偏头痛疗效满意。

Abstract:

Basing on the TCM Zang-fu theory and through discussion on the etiology and pathogenesis of hemicrania it was proposed that before treating pain must treat liver. The Ningtongfang was a effective medicine in treating hemicrania based on liver theory and its characteristic was regulating liver by worm species medicine. The treatment method was calming the liver to stop the wind and activating meridians to stop pain.
