中国传统饮食文化植根于博大精深的中医药学理论,深受中国古代哲学思想的影响,其建立在阴阳五行学说、藏象学说和四气五味学说等中医理论基础之上,并强调食物的禁忌原则;其食物搭配与烹调以气味和合为核心,并且注重饮食活动的科学规律性,强调因异制宜、辨证施膳。传统食养学的方法充分体现了以上理论和原则。 |

Abstract: |
The culture of traditional Chinese meals has a long history. It takes root deeply in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacology and affected by the ancient philosophical thought of China. It has built on the basis of the theory of TCM, shch as the theory of YIN YANG and five elements, viscera-state theory, four properties of drugs and five kinds of flavor theory etc. The traditional Chinese meals emphasizes a principle of abstenition. The diet collocatioon and cuisine take harmony of flavour as the center. It also pays attention to the scientific rule of eating activities, emphacizes different therapy according to different conditions and giving diet with syndrome-differentiation. The traditional Chinese meals fully embodies the ebove theories and principles. |
