试论证候诊断规范化的研究思路和方法

摘要:

从系统复杂性科学、病证结合、症状规范化、专家咨询、流行病学、数理统计方法等方面对中医证候规范化的研究思路和方法进行了探讨。认为在目前证候研究没有形成"金标准"的情况下,根据系统性、复杂性科学的要求,实行定性与定量相结合,宏观与微观相结合,加强证候概念及专业术语的规范化研究,通过文献调研、衡量与评价循证医学(DME)、Delphi法较为全面、客观地收集和分析临床症状信息,充分利用计算机技术、人工智能、信息技术等高新技术充分挖掘数据规律,构建证候诊断模型,将是证候诊断规范化研究的必然趋势。

Abstract:

This article discussed the research thoughts and methods of standardization of TCM syndrome based on complexity of the scientific system, combined syndrome-disease, symptoms standardization, expert advice, epidemiology, mathematical statistics and so on. Because no "golden standard" couold be found in the current syndrome study, research according to the requirements of the complexity of the scientific system would be the inevitable trend for standardization of syndrome diagnosis. Practicing the combination of qualify-quantity and macro-micro, strengthen the study of the concept of syndromes and the standardization of terminology were also necessary. Through the literature research, it was considered that DME, Delphi method was more comprehensive, could collect and analyzed the clinical information objectively, fully use the computer technology, artificial intelligence, information technology and other high -technology data excavation regulation for building the syndrome diagnosis model.
