摘要:

原穴针法系采用《千金方》所载十二经原穴。六条阳经的原穴与目前临床所用完全一致,六条阴经的原穴不再以输代原,而是以络穴或郄穴代替。根据五门十变即甲与己相合、乙与庚相合、丙与辛相合、丁与壬相合、戊与癸相合的原则将原穴阴阳相配,两两相合。相合的原穴作为一组,逐日按时开穴。患者来诊时,根据日干支和来诊时辰,在原穴针法开穴表中查找开穴,按照一定的针刺原则进行治疗。

Abstract:

Needling techniques of Yuan acupoint adopted the Yuan acupoint of twelve JING-points described in Thousand Golden Prescriptions. The Yuan acupoint of six Yang meridians was completely consistent with that of the one used clinically now. Six Yin meridians Yuan acupoint were replaced by collateral point or by Xie acupoint. Yin-yang matching of Yuan acupoints was carried out based on five doors and ten changes principle. The acupoint was selected and acupuncture treatment was carried out based on the RiGanzhi and the time of seeking medical attention.
