| [目的]观察降脂颗粒治疗高脂血症(HLP)的临床疗效。[方法]对确诊为HLP的56例患者,分为治疗和对照组,治疗组给予降脂颗粒治疗,对照组给予绞股蓝总苷片,疗程为4周,疗程结束后进行疗效评定。[结果]治疗组中医证候改善总有效率为89%,与对照组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)治疗前后两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]降脂颗粒治疗HLP疗效显著,并且能够改善一般症状。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the curative effect of Jiangzhi(decreasing blood lipid) granule on hyperlipemia. [Methods] Fifty-six patients with established hyperlipemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated with Jiangzhi granula and those of control group with Gold Theragran pellet for 4 weeks. The curative effect after treating for a course of treatment was evaluated. [Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 89% compared with control group (P<0.05). The TC and TG and LDL-C of two groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Jiangzhi granule has significant curative effect on hyperlipemia and can improve General symptoms in patients with hyperlipemia. |
