摘要:

[目的]探索糖尿病的有效管理模式,糖尿病教育是保证糖尿病治疗效果的有效治疗方法。[方法]糖尿病门诊和病房104例。2型糖尿病患者,随机分为普通组和会员组,按照糖尿病教育的内容和方法治疗12个月,观察两组的病情控制情况。[结果]会员组的糖尿病患者空腹和餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、收缩压明显低于普通组,会员组血压控制与普通组相比有显著差异,会员组的血脂、体质量及腰围与普通组相比无明显差异,随访及复诊情况会员组明显较好。[结论]糖尿病教育是保证糖尿病治疗效果的有效治疗方法。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the effective management mode of diabetes treatment and whether the diabetes education was effectivetreatment to ensure the therapeutic effect of diabetes.[Methods] One hundred and four cases with type 2 diabetes admitted from Novem-ber 2006 to November 2007 were randomly divided into general group and member group.They were treated for twelve months in accor-dance with the content and methods of diabetes education.The pathogenesis of general group and member group was observed.[Results] The fasting and postprandial glucose, glycated hemoglobin, systolic blood pressure of the member group were significantly lower than thatof the general group.The blood pressure control of the member group had significantly differences compared with that of the generalgroup.The blood lipids, body weight and waist circumference of the member group had no significant differences when compared with thegeneral group.The condition of follow-up and return visit in the member group was better than that in the general group.[Conclusion] Diabetes education is an effective treatment method to ensure the therapeutic effect of in patients with diabetes.
