梯度剂量巴豆霜药理作用初探

摘要:
[目的]研究梯度剂量巴豆霜对肠道的作用。[方法]通过兔回肠吸收实验观察梯度剂量巴豆霜对回肠水液代谢的影响,按巴豆霜给药终浓度将兔回肠检体随机分为5组:巴1组:2.22×10-2kg/L、巴2组:4.44×10-2kg/L、巴3组:6.66×10-2kg/L、巴4组:4.45×10-1kg/L;对照组:0.9%生理盐水。观察时间2h,比较各组水代谢剩余量。用番泻叶诱导腹泻模型,分为4组:正常组、模型组、巴1组(巴豆霜浓度8.33×10-4kg/L)、巴2组:(巴豆霜浓度1.67×10-3kg/L)。比较各组稀便率、D-木糖吸收浓度及碳末推进率。[结果]与对照组比较巴1组、巴2组回肠水代谢剩余量减少(P<0.01);巴3组水代谢剩余量未见有意改变(P>0.05);巴4组回肠水分增加(P<0.01)。与对照组比较腹泻模型组大鼠稀便率升高(P<0.01)、血清D-木糖浓度降低、碳末推进率增加(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,巴1组、巴2组稀便率降低、D-木糖浓度升高、碳末推进率降低(P<0.05),但2剂量组间未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]巴豆霜能显著增加回肠水液的分泌,但随剂量的递减表现出相反的作用:小剂量巴豆霜止泻作用与促进回肠水分吸收、降低病理性肠蠕动过快,改善肠吸收功能密切相关。

Study on the pharmacological actions of gradated dose of defatted croton seed powder

Abstract:
[Objective] To explore the pharmacological actions of gradated dose of defatted croton seed powder.[Methods] Gradated doseof defatted crotons seed powder was used locally in the rabbit ileum.The Rabbits were divided into five groups:the first group used defatted croton of 2.22×10-2g/L, the second group 4.44×10-2 g/L, the third 6.66×10-2 g/L, the fourth group 4.45×10-1 g/L, the control groupused 0.9%NaCl.Two hours later the remained amount of liquid metabolism was compared.Using Cassia angustifolia diarrhea was in-duced in rats.These rats were allocated to four groups:normal group, model group, first group of defatted croton at concentration of 8.33×10-4 mg/ml, second group of croton of concentration 1.67×10-3 g/L.The incidence of loose stools, serum D-xylose content, the propulsiverate of Carbo Medicinalis in colon of each group were also detected.[Results] The remained liquid of the croton in the first group and thesecond group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.01), the remained liquid had no significant difference between the three crotongroups and the control group (P>0.05), the remained liquid remained of croton in the fourth group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the loose stools incidence (P<0.01) and Carbo Medicinalis prppulsive rate (P<0.05) were increased and the serum D-xylose content (P<0.05) was decreased in the model group.Compared with the model group, the loose stools rateand Carbo Medicinalis propulsive rate were decreased (P<0.05) and the serum D-xylose content was increased (P<0.05) in the defattedcroton in the first and second group.[Conclusion] The defatted croton seed powder may significantly increase liquid exudation of ileum,but with reducing of the dose, this action was reversed.Small dose of the croton can promote the liquid absorption of ileum.The 1/20-1/10 of the common dose of the croton can decrease the loose stools rate of diarrhea rats.This effect may be associated with the increasing ofthe liquid absorption of ileum, decreasing of the pathological intestinal squirm and improving intestinal absorption.
