摘要:

[目的]观察针刺治疗单纯性肥胖症临床疗效。[方法]单纯性肥胖症患者58例,采用针灸治疗。体针主穴取中脘、天枢、关元、滑肉门、阴陵泉、足三里,并随症加减。耳针取穴为饥点、内分泌、三焦、神门。[结果]痊愈10例,显效27例,有效19例,无效2例,总有效率为96.55%。[结论]针刺治疗单纯性肥胖疗效较好。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on simple obesity. [Methods] Fifty-eight patients of simple obesity were treated by acupuncture using Zhongwan,Tianshu,Guanyuan,Huaroumen,Yinglingquan and Zusanli as the main acupunctured point with modification according to the syndrome. Jidian,Neifenmi,Sanjiao,Shenmen were acupunctured in ear acupuncture. [Results] Among 58 patients,10 patients were cured,27 patients were obviously effective,19 patients were effective and 2 patients were not effective. The total clinical effective rate was 96.55%. [Conclusion] The clinical effect in treating simple obesity by acupuncture is good.
