[目的]通过观察四季正常大鼠肺脏环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)和三磷酸肌醇(IP3)的含量,探讨季节变化影响大鼠肺脏第二信使的作用机制。[方法]用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测肺组织cAMP、cGMP的含量,用放射免疫法检测肺组织IP3的含量。[结果]肺组织cAMP含量夏季与秋季有明显差异(P<0.05),且呈夏、春、冬、秋依次降低的整体趋势;cGMP含量春季与秋季差异非常显著(P<0.01),与冬季有显著性差异,且整体上呈秋、冬、夏、春依次降低的趋势;IP3含量四季间统计无明显差异,但冬季含量最低。[结论]大鼠秋季肺组织cAMP含量低,cGMP含量高,IP3冬季含量最低,这可能是秋冬季节呼吸系统多发病的病理生理学基础之一,而松果腺——褪黑素是此季节节律变化的中介物质基础。 |

Research on relationship between the seasonal changes and the second messengers of lung in normal rats |

Abstract: |
[Objective] From observing the changes of cAMP,cGMP and lung IP3 of male rats in four seasons,we can investigate the effects of the seasonal changes on the second messengers of lung of normal rats. [Methods] The level of cAMP and cGMP of lung tissue was determined by ELISA,IP3 of lung tissue was detected by RIA. [Results] The cAMP level of lung in male rats in winter solstice was obviously higher than those in autumnal equinox(P<0.05),and there was a trend that the level of cAMP was decreased in the order of summer,spring,winter and autumn. The cGMP level of lung in male rats in vernal equinox was significantly lower than those in autumnal equinox(P<0.01). The level of cGMP of lung in male rats was obviously lower than those in autumnal equinox(P<0.05),and there was a trend that the level of cGMP was decreased in the order of autumn,winter,summer and spring. No statistical difference in the level of IP3 was found between four seasons,but the level of IP3 in winter solstice was the lowest. [Conclusion] In autumnal equinox,the level of cAMP is the lowest,the level of cGMP is he highest,and the level of IP3 in winter solstice is the lowest. It may be one of the pathophysiologic basis of respiratory diseases mostly happened in autumn and winter,and the secreted melatonin by pineal gland may be related to the seasonal changes. |
