| [目的]观察芪参益气滴丸对改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者自主神经功能的临床疗效。[方法]79例具有症状的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者完全随机分成芪参益气滴丸组和对照组,芪参益气滴丸组在常规强心,利尿,扩血管等抗心力衰竭治疗基础上给予口服芪参益气滴丸,服药时间0.5a,对照组予常规抗心衰治疗。两组分别于服药前及服药后半年检查动态心电图,计算窦性心率震荡(HRT)的两个量化指标震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS),通过超声心动图测定每分输出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及行6min步行试验(6-MWT)。对比组间及组内治疗前后上述参数。[结果]治疗组与对照组比较,左室射血分数及六分钟步行试验改善更优,TS阳性率低于对照组。[结论]芪参益气滴丸可显著增加抗心衰疗效,并改善慢性心功能不全自主神经功能紊乱,对预防猝死有一定临床意义。 |

| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Qishen Yiqi dripping pills in treating autonomic nerve function for patients with chronic congestive heart failure. [Methods] Seventy-nine patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into Qishen Yiqi dripping pills group and control group. The patients of control group received standard therapy for heart failure and based on standard heart failure therapy Qishen Yiqi dripping pills were given to Qishen Yiqi dripping pills group. The change of Turbulence onset(TO),Turbulence slope(TS),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6-minute walk test(6-MWT) were observed 6 months after one course of treatment. [Results] The CO,CI,LVEF,6-MWT,TO and TS in Qishen Yiqi dripping pills group were obviously increased,and The improvement of LVEF,6-MWT and TS in this group was obviously superior to that in control group with statistical significant difference(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Qishen Yiqi dripping pills can increase the effect treating chronic heart failure,and improve the autonomic nerve function. |
