养血补脑针刺方治疗气血不足型椎基底动脉供血不足的临床观察

摘要:

[目的]观察养血补脑针刺方对气血不足型椎基底动脉供血不足的影响。[方法]选择椎基底动脉供血不足患者60例随机分为针刺组和药物治疗对照两组,每组各30例,针刺组采用养血补脑针刺方;药物对照组予尼莫地平片治疗,疗程均为3个月。[结果]针刺组优于药物对照组(P<0.05),针刺治疗椎基底动脉供血不足具有明显改善脑血流动力学、降低血液黏度的作用,两组治疗前后均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后针刺组与药物组组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]养血补脑针刺方治疗椎基底动脉供血不足有较好的临床疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the influence of Yangxuebunao acupuncture prescription in treating blood supply insufficiency of vertebro-basilar artery in patients with insufficiency of vital energy and blood. [Methods] The selected 60 patients with blood supply insufficiency of vertebro-basilar artery were randomly divided into two groups:acupuncture group and drug treatment group. The patients of two groups were 30 patients. The patients of acupuncture group were given Yangxuebunao acupuncture prescription while drug treatment group Nimodipine. The course of treatment of each group were three months. [Results] The total effective rate of acupuncture group was obviously higher than that of drug treatment group(P<0.05). The acupuncture treating blood supply of vertebro-basilar artery had obvious effects for improving cerebral blood flow,decreasing blood viscosity. There was statistical significance between patients of two groups before and after treatment.(P<0.05) and there was significant difference between patients of two groups after treatment(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Yangxuebunao acupuncture prescription treating blood supply insufficiency of vertebro-basilar artery has a better clinical curative effect.
