对中药复方新药研发的几点意见

摘要:

回顾中成药复方源流,分析了目前中药复方发展现状。认为中成药复方体现中医特色,应当重视中成药复方研发;但研发过程中当注重继承与创新相结合,从临床中寻找继承点,探讨研发新药的理论支撑,避免低水平重复。并通过苏黄止咳胶囊的研发过程进一步阐释了中成药复方研发的思路及方向。

Abstract:

After reviewing the origin and development of compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine and analyzing its developing condition it was considered that Chinese formulated products may embody the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine and the manufacturing and exploring of compound prescription of traditional Chinese medicine should be emphasized. In the course of manufacture and exploitation, we should pay attention to the relationship of inherit and innovation and explore the theoretic basis of new drug manufacture and exploitation. For example, in the course of manufacture and exploitation of Suhuangzhike capsule the researching thought and direction of new drug manufacture and exploitation should be explained.
