| “治风先治血,血行风自灭“中之”风”是指中风病,而不是病因学中的外风及内风;“血”是指瘀血,血行瘀除则中风病自愈。外风致病,宜祛风为主;内风致病,宜熄风为先。风邪较燥,长期使用易耗伤阴血,在祛风剂中配伍使用养血活血之品,实为“佐使”之法。内风中之血虚生风者使用养血活血药物治疗,是针对病机用药,而非“治风先治血”之义。中医对中风病病因病机之认识历时4个阶段,从“外风”、“内风”、“非风”到现在的脑血管疾病,瘀血是中风病之病理基础,瘀血行,经络通,则中风病自愈,故曰:“血行风自灭”。"治风先治血,血行风自灭"是南宋以前中医大家治疗中风病之经验总结及理论升华。 |

| The article mainly explores the meaning of treating wind ahead of treating blood and self-eliminating of wind after blood circulating. The wind was an apoplexy disease instead of exogenous wind-evil and endogenous wind-evil and the blood was stagnant blood. The exogenous wind-evil should eliminate wind and endogenous wind-evil should stop the endogenous wind. There were four stages about the cause of the disease and pathogenesis of apoplexy disease including exogenous wind-evil, endogenous wind-evil, non-wind and modern cerebrovascular disease. The stagnant blood was the pathologic basis of apoplexy disease. So we said that wind self-eliminating after blood circulating. |
