| [目的]研究复方半夏水提取物的镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用。[方法]用乙酰胆碱和组胺诱发豚鼠哮喘,研究药物对引喘潜伏期的影响;用人工气胸后组胺致痉实验研究药物对肺溢流量的影响;用氨水引咳实验研究药物对咳嗽潜伏期及咳嗽次数的影响;用酚红分泌实验研究复方半夏水提取物的祛痰作用。[结果]复方半夏水提取物可剂量依赖性地延长引喘潜伏期,降低肺溢流量,显著延长咳嗽潜伏期并减少咳嗽次数,1.2g/kg复方半夏水提取物可显著增加小鼠呼吸道分泌的酚红量。[结论]复方半夏水提取物具有平喘、镇咳、祛痰作用。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the effects of compound pinellia water extract on pulmonary symptoms including cough, asthma, and expectoration. [Methods] The effect of compound pinellia water extract on latent phase of asthma was studied in an asthma model induced by inhalation of acetylcholine chloride and histamine in guinea pig. Its effect on pulmonary outflow volume was explored with artificial pneumothorax followed by asthma. The effects on cough was studied by measuring the latent phase and frequency of cough induced by inhalation of alkaline air in mice. Effects of the extract on respiratory secretion were explored in mice by phenolsulfonphthalein secretion test. [Results] Compound pinellia water extract prolonged the latency of asthma in a dose-dependent manner. It could also significantly reduce the histamine-induced pulmonary overflow volume, prolong the latency of alkaline air-induced cough, reduce the frequency of cough, and increase the respiratory secretion of phenolsulfonphthalein. [Conclusion] Compound pinellia water extract exerts significant effects of anti-asthma, antitussive, and eliminating phlegm.. |
