糖尿康治疗葡萄糖耐量异常30例疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]观察糖尿康治疗糖尿病的疗效。[方法]将60例肥胖型葡萄糖耐量异常者随机分为中药组和食疗组。两组均采用饮食控制。中药组加服纯中药方剂,糖尿康(院内协定处方)治疗6周后观察疗效,并追踪观察1个月。[结果]中药组对体质量、临床症状及葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)各时限的血糖变化有显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]糖尿康可作为糖尿病初级预防的有效治疗方案。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Tangniaokang in treating diabetes. [Methods] Sixty obesity-abnormal glucose tolerance patients were randomly divided into groups of Chinese medicine and food therapy. Both of the groups had diet control,the group of Chinese medicines were treated with Tangniaokang for six weeks and the effects were observed after 6 weeks and followed up for a month. [Results] The body weight,clinical symptoms and the OGTT time changes in blood sugar of Chinese medicines group was significantly different (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Chinese medicine Tangniaokang can be used as a effective primary prevention prescription of the treatment.
