摘要:

为明确"治痿独取阳明"的内涵和临床应用,从"治痿独取阳明"并非专指脾胃,"治痿独取阳明"并非只取阳明,"取阳明"并非单用补法这三大方面来详细论述了"治痿独取阳明"的内涵。说明阳明既包括脾胃,也包括阳明之热,也包括阳明为"多气多血之经",还包括阳明的循行。"治痿独取阳明"包涵的内容较广,不可偏颇,临床应随证使用。

Abstract:

The aim of this article was to clarify the connotation and clinical use of "Treating flaccidity based on specially selecting Yangming". It does not mean spleen and stomach only and Yangming meridian specially; "Treating faccidity based on specially selecting Yangming" does not mean using reinforcement method alone. The connotation of "Treating flaccidity based on specially selecting Yangming" was fully described by explaining three aspects mentioned above. Yangming meridians means spleen and stomach, the meridian full of Qi and blood, and the circulation of Yangming meridian. The use of "Treating flaccidity based on specially selecting Yangming" should be used according to different syndrome due to the wide connotation.
