高血压的中医认识

摘要:

血压高相当于中医的"眩晕""、头痛"等病症。主要由情志、禀赋、饮食、劳倦等多种因素,导致肝、脾、肾三脏阴阳失调,致使肝火亢盛,或痰浊上扰,或肾阴素亏,阴不制阳而引起;病久阴损及阳,可致阴阳两虚之候。根据中医辨证分型标准,将患者辨证分为肝火亢盛证、阴虚阳亢证、痰湿壅盛证和阴阳两虚4型。

Abstract:

The hypertension disease is similar to dizziness and headache in TCM. It is usually caused by emotional factors, constitutional defects, diet and overstrain that lead to imbalance of yin and yang in the liver, spleen and kidney, eventually resulting in hyperactivity of liver fire, or phlegm disturbing the upper, or frequent asthenia of kidney yin and failing of yin to control yang. It may be caused by consumption of yin involving yang and asthenia of both yin and yang in prolonged disease. According to syndrome differentiation classified in TCM, this disease may be divided into four types: the Liver-Fire exuberant syndrome, Yin-deficiency and Yang-hyperactivity syndrome, the phlegm-dampness abundant syndrome, and the dual deficiency syndrome of Yin-Yang.
