| [目的]探讨原发性高血压中医辨证分型与心脏结构功能变化的关系性。[方法]应用超声心动图指标,对200例高血压病患者心脏结构功能进行观察,分析其与中医辨证分型的关系。[结果]无论高血压病实证、虚证组,心脏结构及功能均有变化,但虚证较实证变化的程度更甚。[结论]不同中医证型高血压患者均有不同程度左室重构和功能减退的表现。心脏结构功能变化可作为高血压病中医证型的参考性指标。 |

| [Objective] To discuss the correlation between TCM syndromes and the changes in cardiac structure and function in patients with primary hypertension.[Methods] Cardiac structure and function of 200 patients with primary hypertension were examined by echocardiography.[Results] Both the cardiac structure and the function changed in the two syndrome group of hypertension.It changed more in the deficiency syndrome group compared with the positive syndrome group.[Conclusion] Patients with different TCM syndromes showed different changes of the left ventricle reconstruction and dysfunction.Changes of the cardiac structure and function can be used as indicators for TCM syndromes of primary hypertension. |
