| 摘要: |
| [目的]研究活血化瘀膏对急性软组织损伤动物模型的抗炎作用及相关机制。[方法]根据文献报道制备小鼠臀部软组织损伤模型,造模后分组并给药,观察小鼠损伤证候指数、组织学变化及肥大细胞脱颗粒程度。[结果]经统计学分析,治疗第3天开始,活血化瘀膏组在损伤证候指数方面明显优于扶他林组(P<0.05),在组织学及肥大细胞脱颗粒程度方面,活血化瘀膏组明显优于空白组。[结论]活血化瘀膏具有改变急性软组织损伤症候作用,对于急性软组织损伤具有抗炎作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the anti-inflammatory function and mechanism of Huoxue Huayu Ointment for treating acute soft tissue injury.[Methods] Based on the literature,the soft tissue injury was induced in the hips of mice.They were divided into groups and given different medicine.The injury symptom index,histological changes and the degree of degranulation in the mast cells were observed.[Results] The group of Huoxue Huayu Ointment was significantly better in the injury symptom index compared with the voltaren group (P<0.05) from the third day after treatment.For the histological changes and the degree of degranulation in the mast cells aspect,the group of Huoxue Huayu Ointment was significantly better than the control group.[Conclusion] The Huoxue Huayu Ointment is effective for anti-inflammation and improving the symptom of acute soft tissue injury. |
