急性胰腺炎中西医结合与单纯西医治疗对比分析

摘要:

[目的]探讨急性胰腺炎中西医结合治疗与单纯西医治疗在疗效上的差别。[方法]通过查阅天津市南开医院第4外科2007年1月-2009年5月收治的55例急性水肿性胰腺炎患者出院病例,比较中西医结合治疗和单纯西医治疗的患者在症状缓解、检测指标恢复正常等方面所需时间的差别。[结果]中西医结合组疗效优于西医组。[结论]在急性胰腺炎的治疗中应用中西医结合疗法,可以较快缓解患者临床症状,缩短治疗时间。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the differences between integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis [Methods] Through consulting 55 cases of acute pancreatitis were enrolled into the fourth department of general surgery of Nankai Hospital from Jan 2007 to May 2009. The therapeutic effect,the symptom relieve time,time returning to normal,hospitalization time were detected in both integrated and Western treatment groups. [Results] Integrated traditional and Western medicine treatment was better than Western medicine alone treatment in the aspects mentioned above. [Conclusion] In the treatments for acute pancreatitis,integrated traditional and Western medicine treatment can relieve the patient’s pain and shorten the treatment time.
