肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征与痰湿因素关系中医浅析

摘要:

肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征无论临床特点还是实验室指标,都有别于一般多囊卵巢综合征的患者,研究表明痰湿因素与其存在明显相关性,是其产生差异的重要因素之一。肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者以肾虚为本,痰湿为标,在"肾虚痰瘀"基础上探究其相兼证型。其治疗要点集中在与肥胖相关的痰湿的形成机制及以肾为主导的生殖轴功能的恢复上。遵循"补肾化痰,治痰循源,随证加减"的原则,从患者身体治疗及心理调节上综合施治。

Abstract:

Regardless of the clinical features or laboratory indicators,the obese women with PCOS were different from PCOS patients. Research showed that the phlegm moisture was significantly associated with the differences,and was an important pathogenic factor. Obese women with PCOS took the kidney deficiency as the fundamental,and the phlegm as the accompanying syndrome type. We would put the base of our exploration of other TCM syndrome types on "kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis". Treatment would be concentrated on the formation mechanism of phlegm moisture correlated with obesity and the recovery of the function of reproductive axis taking kidney as the organ. Using medicine would follow the treatment principles of "nourishing kidney and resolving phlegm,treating from seeking the source of the formation of phlegm,modifying with the TCM syndrome ". We adopted a comprehensive measures of physical therapy and psychological adjustment.
