吉益南涯先生运用仲景方治病的经验

摘要:

吉益南涯为日本古方派代表,临证擅以"气血水"辨治疾病。水气所致郁冒,其用苓桂术甘汤健脾利水;水血结滞而为鼓胀,其用当归芍药散益血活血除水之气;热与血搏证如狂,其用桃核承气汤破瘀逐血;疫病误治血蓄中焦,亦用桃核承气汤逐血泄热;水结胸胁而见口吃,其用柴胡桂枝干姜汤疏利少阳并温化水饮。谨守病机,相宜施治,或立见成效,或积渐成功,皆宗仲景而为后世准绳。

Abstract:

Ji Yi’nanya was representative specialist of Japanese school of Gu Fang.He was expert in distinguishing and treating disease by Qi and blood and body fluid clinically.Qi and retention of fluid result in Yu Mao,he used decoction of Linggui Zhugan to invigorate the spleen and alleviate water retention;Retention of fluid and blood result in tympany,he used Powder of Danggui Shaoyao to eliminate water retention.Heat and water gluing each other result in madness.He used Decoction of Taohe Chengqi to clear stagnant blood;Murrain because of mistreatment lead to stagnant blood in middle energizer,he also used Decoction of Taohe Chengqi to to clear stagnant blood and heat;water retention in chest and hypochondrium lead to stammer,he use Decoction of Guizhi Ganjiang to compromise Shaoyang and warm clear fluid retention.He cautiously grasping pathogenesis,treating properly,sometimes to get instant results,sometimes to gradually effect,which was according to ZHANG Zhongjing and became criterion for later generations.
