用中医“治未病”思想看待慢性输血依赖性血液病患者的除铁治疗

摘要:

中医"治未病"的思想包含了3方面的内涵:1)防病于未然。2)既病防变。3)防止复发。对于患有慢性输血依赖性血液病的患者,常常易发生铁过载而导致一系列新的疾病发生,甚至威胁生命。对于此类问题,在中医治未病思想,特别是既病防变的理论思想的指导下,应当在患者发生铁过载损伤脏器功能之前进行除铁治疗,避免或减缓铁过载对患者的伤害。

Abstract:

The theory"Prevention of Disease"in TCM contains three parts of meaning:Firstly,prevent the disease before it gets.Secondly,prevent the change of the disease that already exists.Thirdly,prevent the recurrence of the disease.To those blood disease patients who were relying on blood transfusion,iron overload often happen and then caused a series of new diseases,some even life threatening.In that case,the prevention of disease theory in TCM,especially the theory of preventing the change of the disease conducts us that we had to use dispelling iron therapy before the overloading iron damage their organ’s function,in order to prevent or slow down the injure of the overloading iron to those patients.
