寒凝、热毒所致血瘀证模型大鼠血液流变学观察及中药干预作用

摘要:

[目的]观察温经汤及清营汤分别对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响,进而研究其对血瘀证的干预作用。[方法]将80只大鼠随机分成5组,成功造模后各组行相应治疗。实验结束后测全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数以及红细胞压积。[结果]造模后大鼠全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数以及红细胞压积均明显升高。空白对照组及用药组各切变率下的全血黏度、红细胞聚集指数以及红细胞压积与血瘀模型组相比,均具有显著性或非常显著性统计学意义(P<0。01或P<0。05)。[结论]血液流变学指标是血瘀证诊断与临床疗效评价的重要标准,中药能很好的降低血瘀证大鼠血液黏滞度。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the effect of Wenjing decoction and Qingying decoction on the rheologic changes in rats with blood stasis and study its intervention function against blood stagnation.[Methods] Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups.They were treated with corresponding treatment after the disease was established successfully.The rats of blank control group weren’t given any treatment.The whole blood viscosity,RBC aggregation index,hematocrit were then observed.[Results] The whole blood viscosity,the RBC aggregation index and hematocrit of the rats were raised evidently in each group.The difference in change of the whole blood viscosity,the RBC aggregation index and hematocrit between the blank control group,the herbal medicine group and the blood stasis group were obvious and had statistical significance(P<0.01 or P<0.05).[Conclusion] The above results indicate that Wenjing and Qingying decoction can decrease the blood viscosity in rats with blood stasis.The mechanism of blood stasis syndrome was relative to the change of rheology of blood.The experiment has provided the theory and experimental basis for diagnosis and treatment of corresponding diseases.
