摘要:

手摸心会乃中医诊疗疾病的重要方法之一,不仅是中医伤科学正骨疗筋、针灸推拿的手法要领,也是中医内科诊察疾病的心法要领,本文将从切脉、推拿、针灸3个方面论述笔者手摸心会的辩证论治理论及临证心得。

Abstract:

Palpation and realization was one of the most important methods of diagnosis and treatment in TCM.It was not only the purpose of manipulation method in bone-setting and treating tendon injury,acupuncture and massage in traumatology of TCM but also the purpose of realization in Chinese Internal Medicine.This paper will describe the theory of syndrome-differentiated treatment and the clinical experience in palpation and realization from pulse palpation,moxibustion and acupuncture method.
