“四天穴”针方对动静力失衡性颈椎病模型大鼠炎性因子mRNA表达的影响 |

摘要: |
[目的]通过观察"四天穴"针方对动静力失衡性颈椎病模型大鼠椎间盘炎性因子基因表达的影响,探讨其对颈椎病大鼠椎间盘退变的作用机制。[方法]Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为4组,即假手术组、模型组、四天穴针刺组、夹脊穴针刺组,建立动静力失衡性颈椎模型,分别给予四天穴及夹脊穴针刺,逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)法检测"四天穴"针方对颈椎病模型大鼠治疗后1周、2周、4周颈椎间盘白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)mRNA表达的影响。[结果]"四天穴"针方能明显降低颈椎间盘内IL-1βmRNA、iNOSmRNA的表达。[结论]"四天穴"针方可有效减缓颈椎间盘退变,其作用机制可能与降低IL-1βmRNA、iNOSmRNA表达有关。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To observe the effect of Sitian points acupuncture on the expression of the peripheral inflammatory factors in dynamic and static stress unbalanced cervical spondylopathy rats,and to discuss the interaction mechanisms of intervertebral disc degeneration in cervical spondylopathy rats. [Methods] Sixty Wister rats were used.They were randomly divided into 4 groups(sham operation group,model group,Acupuncture on Sitian Points group,Acupuncture on Jiaji Points group),and the dynamic and static stress unbalanced cervical spondylopathy models were established.We punctured Sitian points and Jiaji points respectively,and at 1st,2nd and 4th week after establishing the model we detected the expression of IL-1β mRNA,iNOS mRNA in model rats’ cervical disc,which were punctured with Sitian points,by RT-PCR method. [Results] Acupuncture on Sitian points could markedly reduce the expression of the peripheral inflammatory factors(IL-1β mRNA,iNOS mRNA) in intervertebral disc. [Conclusion] Acupuncture on Sitian points could decrease intervertebral disc degeneration,and the mechanism might be related with inhibiting the expression of IL-1β mRNA and iNOS mRNA. |
