[目的]观察早期以益气养血活血法治疗对骨折愈合过程的影响,探讨其促进骨折愈合的机制。[方法]新鲜外伤性长骨骨折患者42例,在骨折复位固定后,随机分为益气养血活血组(A组)与单纯活血化瘀组(B组)对照治疗。观察服药前后症状体征变化,取不同时点外周血,酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法测定血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、骨源性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)水平变化,并同期拍摄X线片以评定骨痂生长情况。[结果]自用药后第7天开始A组血清VEGF和BAP浓度显著升高(P<0.05),峰值期间两组差异极显著(P<0.01)。且A组VEGF水平有持续高于B组的倾向(P<0.05)。[结论]骨乐宁胶囊,在骨折愈合早期可提高成骨细胞活性,增加VEGF、BAP的合成与释放,能有效促进骨折愈合。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To observe the effect of tonifying qi and blood and promoting blood flow method in the course of fracture healing and explore the effect mechanism of promoting fracture healing by analyzing serum index and bony callus growth in the patients of early bone fracture. [Methods] Forty-two patients of bone fracture were randomly divided into treatment group(A:tonifying qi and blood and promoting blood flow) and control group(B:promoting blood flow and eliminating stagnant blood).The change of symptoms and stagnant blood before and after treatment were observed.The peripheral blood VEGF,BAP level were determined with ELISA and the bony callus growth condition was evaluated with X-ray examination. [Results] The serum VEGF and BAP of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group in seven days(P<0.05).Compared to B group,there was a increasing tendency in the VEGF level of treatment group. [Conclusion] The Gulening capsule may increase the activity of osteoplast,promote the synthesis and release of VEGF and BAP and may effectively increase the union of fracture in early fracture healing.The curative effect of Gulening capsule has a more obvious advantage than that of simple promoting blood flow and eliminating stagnant blood group. |
