摘要:

[目的]观察用中医通络降浊法在治疗冠心病合并高脂血症方面的疗效。[方法]选取68例冠心病合并高脂血症患者纳入研究,随机分为观察组36例、对照组32例采用通络降浊法进行治疗。[结果]两组疗效比较,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)治疗期间无明显不良反应。[结论]在常规治疗基础上,通络降浊法可明显降低甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇,改善冠心病临床症状。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of dredging collateral and descending turbid on treating coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia. [Methods] Sixty-eight patients suffered from coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia were enrolled.They were randomly divided into observation group constituted of 36 patients and control group of 32 patients.The patients in the first group were treated with the collateral dredging and the turbid descending. [Results] The effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of contrast group(P<0.05) without obvious adverse effect. [Conclusion] Based on the routine treatment,the method of collateral dredging and the turbid descending may decrease the level of TC,TG,LDL-C and improve the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease.
