摘要:

[目的]观察蒿芩清胆合剂治疗湿证上呼吸道病毒性感染的临床疗效,并评价其安全性。[方法]将114例湿热证型的上呼吸道病毒性感染患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服中药汤剂蒿芩清胆合剂和安慰剂淀粉颗粒,对照组口服利巴韦林颗粒和安慰剂谷麦芽合剂,疗程均为3 d。[结果]治疗组疾病总有效率为(98.36%)和证候总有效率(98.36%)均高于对照组(90.57%、92.45%),有统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]蒿芩清胆合剂可作为岭南地区治疗湿热证上呼吸道病毒感染的有效方药。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of Haoqinqingdan mixture in treating virus infection of upper respiratory tract in patients with humidity-heat syndrome and to evaluate the security.[Method] 114 diagnosed and enrolled patients of virus infec-tion in upper respiratory tract with humidity-heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups: The patients of treatment group was treated by the Haoqinqingdan mixture and placebo,those of control group by ribavirin pellet and placebo.The treatment course was 3 days.[Result] The curative effect and the total therapeutic effect of symptom in treatment group are all higher than that of control group having statistical significance(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Haoqinqingdan mixture might be a effective medicine in treating virus infection of upper respiratory tract in patients with humidity-heat syndrome in Mountain South area.
