[目的]观察12月龄自然更年期大鼠体质量增长率、下丘脑和卵巢瘦素含量的变化及逆针灸关元穴对其的影响,探讨预先针灸对更年期早期机体异常的预防作用。[方法]通过阴道涂片筛查更年期雌性大鼠,以自然老化法获得大鼠更年期模型,以预先针灸关元穴为介入方法,采用放射免疫法检测瘦素水平,观察12月龄自然更年期大鼠体重增长率及下丘脑、卵巢瘦素含量及逆针灸对其的影响。[结果]自然更年期大鼠体质量呈正增长,下丘脑和卵巢瘦素水平升高(P<0.01)。逆针灸降低大鼠体质量增长率(P<0.01,P<0.05),并降低下丘脑和卵巢瘦素水平(P<0.01)。[结论]逆针灸可以通过改善更年期机体瘦素抵抗的状态,在一定程度上减缓更年期体脂的异常堆积和卵巢功能的减退。 |

Effect of going against acupuncture and moxibustion at Guan-yuan (CV-4) point on body weight growth rate,leptin level in hypothalamic and ovarian of 12 months old natural climacteric rats |

[Objective] To observe the effect of going against acupuncture and moxibustion at Guan-Yuan(CV4) point on body weight growth rate and leptin level in hypothalamus and ovary of natural climacteric rats.The preventive effect of going against acupuncture and moxibustion on dysfunction at early climacteric period was discussed.[Methods] Climacteric female rats were screened by vaginal smear.Climacteric rats models were established by natural aging.Going against acupuncture and moxibustion was used as the treatments.Leptin level was measured by IRMA.The change pattern of the body weight growth rate and leptin level in hypothalamus and ovary and the effect of going against acupuncture and moxibustion were observed.[Results] The body weight showed a positive growth rate.The leptin level in hypothalamus and ovary was increased(P<0.01).Going against acupuncture and moxibustion could lower the body weight growth rate(P<0.01,P<0.05) and the leptin level.[Conclusions] Going against acupuncture and moxibustion can relieve the abnormal accumulation of body fat and the hypofunction of ovary by improving the leptin resistance. |
