象思维的路径

摘要:

象思维是中医主要的思维方式,其思维路径大体经过观天地以察象,立象以尽意;得意而忘象,依象而思虑;据象以辨证,据证而施治等几个步骤,最终实现据“象”而“思”,“依思惟道理而生智慧”的根本目的。象思维具有原创优势,是中医自主创新的先导,是可持续发展的保障。倘能将形象、具象、抽象系统整合,有利于推动证候规范研究,朝向构建统一的医药学迈步。

Abstract:

Xiang(image)-thinking was a main thinking way of traditional Chinese medicine.Approaximately,the pathway of xiang-thinking included: observing the sky and earth to explore the Xiang,explaining the meaning through Xiang,obtaining the meaning and missing the Xiang,thinking based on the Xiang,differentiating symptoms and signs based on the Xiang,giving treatment based on the syndrome,etc.and finally achieving the basic aim of thinking based on the Xiang and obtaining wisdom according to the thinking.The Xiang-thinking had a creating advantage and was the forerunner of innovation on his own in TCM and the holding of continuing development.If completing the systemic integrating of the image,concrete image and abstract image it will be helpful to push forward the research of syndrome conformity and can stride forward for constructing unifying medicine and pharmacology.
