辛热药附子对类阳虚状态的干预实验研究

摘要:
[目的]以氢化可的松诱导大鼠类阳虚状态为基础,用辛热药附子进行干预,通过检测肾上腺皮质、甲状腺功能、物质能量代谢、心肌酶、钙等相关指标,观察给药后大鼠生物学效应的改变,初步揭示辛热药附子的性-效特征,为辛热药药性理论的阐释提供参考。[方法]SD雄性大鼠按体质量随机分为正常组、模型组、附子大、小剂量组;模型和附子大、小剂量组肌肉注射氢化可的松,正常组注射等量的生理盐水;造模两周后,正常和模型组眼眶取血并继续造模,附子大、小剂量组开始灌胃,7 d后各组腹股静脉取血,对相关指标进行测定。[结果]附子大剂量对类阳虚大鼠的17-羟皮质类固醇(17-OHCS)、甘油三酯(TG)、钙(Ca)有纠正作用;附子小剂量对类阳虚大鼠的17-羟皮质类固醇(17-OHCS)、三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、钙(Ca)有纠正作用。[结论]附子大、小剂量组都不同程度的纠正了类阳虚状态,附子小剂量尤为突出。

Experimental study on intervention effect of FuZi,a pungent-warm herb,on situation of like-Yang deficiency

Abstract:
[Objective] To briefly explore the property-effect characteristics of FuZi(RADIX ACONITI LATERALIS PREPARATA),a herb with pungent-warm property,and provide some reference materials for explaining the pharmacological theory of this herb.Yang deficiency-like was produced by hydrocortisone and the rats were intervened with FuZi,then the index of adrenal cortex,thyroid gland function,mass and energy metabolism,the cardiac muscle enzyme and calcium and so on were detected.[Methods] SD male rats were randomly divided into normal,model,FuZi large and small dose group on the basis of body weight.The model and administration group were injected with hydrocortisone and the normal group was injected by the same dose of sodium chloride.Two weeks later,in the rats of normal and model groups blood samples were taken from eye orbitae and the model was produced continually.Seven days after administration of FuZi the blood sample was taken from femoral vein for testing the parameters described above.[Results] FuZi large dose group had correcting effect for index of 17-OHCS,TG,Ca and FuZi and small dose groups had correcting effect for index of 17-OHCS,T3,TG,TC,LDH,α-HBDH,CK,Ca in rats with Yang deficiency-like situation.[Conclusion] FuZi large and small dose groups have correcting effect for Yang deficiency-like situation in different degrees,especially in FuZi small dose groups.
