浅议影响治法分析的白芍药效认定

摘要:

治法是辨证论治的重要环节,病案分析对总结和学习治法有重要意义。由于中药药效认定是一个不断完善修正的过程,争议较多,从而影响了治法分析的准确性。现以《医学衷中参西录》中白芍利小便的医案为例,探析了这一复杂状况。

Abstract:

Treatment method is the important component of syndrome differentiation and treatment.The analysis of medical records has important role.Because identification of Chinese herbal efficacy is a continually course of improving and amending with many arguers,it will influence the accuracy of treatment method analysis.This article has analyzed this complex case taking diuresis with Radix Paeonia Alba from Record of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in combination as an example.
