虎丹降脂汤联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症120例疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]观察虎丹降脂汤与辛伐他汀联合治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。[方法]120例高脂血症患者随机平均分成辛伐他汀治疗组与中西医结合治疗组(虎丹降脂汤加辛伐他汀)各60例,4周为1个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后血脂指标:血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的变化。[结果]两组治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C指标比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),中西医结合治疗组TC、TG下降,HDL-C上升均较对照组明显(P<0.05),虎丹降脂汤与辛伐他汀联合治疗高脂血症疗效优于单用辛伐他汀。[结论]应用虎丹降脂汤联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect on treating hyperlipemia by simvastatin combined with Hudan Jiangzhi decoction.[Methods] One hundred and twenty patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into simvastatin group and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group (Hudan Jiangzhi decoction with simvastatin combined),60 cases each group,4 weeks for a treatment course.The blood fat index of patients in two groups before and after the treatment was observed.The changes of serum total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides (TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were also observed.[Results] There were significant differences of TC,TG and HDL-C of two groups before and after the treatment (P<0.05).It was found that TC and TG declined and HDL-C increased in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group.Compared with simvastatin group,there were significant differences (P<0.05).The curative effect of Hudan Jiangzhi decoction combined with simvastatin was superior to taking simvastatin only.[Conclusion] Application of simvastatin for treating hyperlipemia should be combined with Hudan Jiangzhi decoction.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a reliable effect on treating hyperlipemia.
