摘要:

以《内经》、《景岳全书》、《温病条辨》等中医古代经典中关于“虚证水肿”的论述为理论基础,结合临床治疗经验,对功能性水肿的病因病机进行阐述,提出功能性水肿的治疗重在调补气血的学术观点;总结功能性水肿的诊断思路及用药心得。

Abstract:

Taking the descriptions about "asthenia syndrome edema" from Internal Classics,Jing Yue’s complete work,treatise on differentiation and treatment of epidemic febrile diseases in the ancient Chinese medicine as the basic theory and combining with the clinical experience the etiology and pathogenesis of functional edema was illustrated.It was suggested that the important point of treatment principle is regulating qi and blood.The diagnostic strategy and medication experience in treating functional edema was summarized.
