[目的]优选安胃颗粒(Ⅲ)的喷雾干燥制粒工艺。[方法]用正交实验法,选择雾化压力、浸膏流速、物料温度作为考察因素对颗粒一次性合格率进行比较,从而筛选出最佳搭配方案。[结果]浸膏流速在不同水平中呈现显著差异,3个因素影响大小依次为浸膏流速>物料温度>雾化压力。[结论]最佳搭配方案是物料温度控制在70~75℃,雾化压力控制在3.5~4.0 mPa,浸膏流速控制在130~150次/min。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To optimize the condition for preparing Anwei (Ⅲ) granules.[Methods] The process was studied by orthogonal experimental design.The flow speed of extractions,pressure of spraying,temperature of materials were used as the inspecting factors.Three levels of each factors and one-time qualified rate of granules were taking as inspecting markers.[Results] Flow speed of extractions was the more important factors than the other two.Influence factors order: flow speed of extractions> temperature of materials > pressure of spraying drying.[Conclusion] Optimal collocation program: temperature of materials controlled at 70~75℃,pressure of spraying drying at 3.5~4.0 mPa,flow speed of extractions at 130~150 times/minute. |
