针刺及推拿和中医辨证联合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病50例临床观察

摘要:

[目的]观察针刺及推拿和中医辨证治疗椎动脉型颈椎病50例临床疗效。[方法]针刺及推拿和中医辨证连续治疗4周,采用自身治疗前、后症状和体征积分变化对比进行研究,观察指标包括临床症状及体征分级记分。疗效判断以临床症状及体征分级积分,积分减少≥75%为显效;积分减少≥30%为有效。[结果]经针刺及推拿和中医辨证治疗总有效率达到90%,治疗后积分较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01)。[结论]针刺及推拿和中医辨证治疗在治疗椎动脉颈椎病方面有明显的疗效。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture,massage and Chinese medicine on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA) in 50 cases.[Methods] We applied the treatment of acupuncture,massage and TCM differentiation of symptoms and signs continuously for 4 weeks.The changes of signs and symptoms before and after treatment were studied.The observation indexes included clinical symptoms and signs grading scoring.The curative effect judgement standards were clinical symptoms and signs scores.It was marked as obviously effective when the scores were equal to or more than 75%,and it was effective,if the scores were equal to or more than 30%.[Results] After treatments of acupuncture,massage and TCM syndrome differentiation,the total effective rate was 90% and the scores significantly decreased(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Association of acupuncture,massage and TCM syndrome differentiation on treating CSA has obvious curative effect.
