摘要:

针对中医脾病辨证中对脾阴的认识不足,以中医理论为基础,就脾阴的理论源流、病因病机、证候特点、类证鉴别及治疗方药等加以阐述,旨在说明脾阴脾阳同等重要,脾阴虚与脾气虚、胃阴虚不可混淆,并在一定程度上证明脾阴虚的发生确有其病理学基础。

Abstract:

Aiming at the recognition insufficient about spleen yin in the disease syndrome differentiation of TCM and on the basis of TCM theory this article explained the theoretical origin and development,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome characteristic,similar syndrome differentiation and treating herbs for spleen yin.It was suggested that spleen yin and spleen yang had an equal important role and confusion could not performed between spleen yin deficiency,spleen Qi deficiency and stomach yin deficiency.In some extent,demonstration the occurrence of spleen yin deficiency had its pathologic foundation indeed.
