茵陈蒿汤加味治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的实验研究

摘要:

[目的]观察茵陈蒿汤加味(加刘寄奴、野菊花、荔枝核)对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)大鼠的疗效,并初步探讨其作用机制。[方法]建立CAP大鼠模型,检测大鼠前列腺湿质量/体质量比、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量、前列腺组织中诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的表达和前列腺组织病理变化。[结果]茵陈蒿汤加味能减轻CAP大鼠的前列腺湿质量/体质量比,降低TNF-α水平(P<0.01)、抑制诱导性iNOS在大鼠前列腺组织中的表达(P<0.01),减轻前列腺组织炎性反应。[结论]通过本实验研究发现:1)茵陈蒿汤加味可以有效治疗CAP。2)茵陈蒿汤加味治疗CAP的机制可能是通过降低TNF-α含量和抑制前列腺组织中诱导性iNOS的表达来实现。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the effect of modified Yinchenhao decoction(Siphonostegia Liu,wild chrysanthemum,litchi were added) on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) expression in prostate tissue and the pathological changes of prostate tissue in rats with chronic abacterial prostatitis(CAP),verify the curative effect of modified Yinchenhao decoction further,explore the mechanism of action and provide the correlated experimental basis for clinical application.[Methods] The autoimmune CAP model was built,and the prostate wet weight/body weight ratio,the content of serum tumer necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),the inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) expression of prostate tissue and pathological change of prostate tissue were measured.[Results] The modified Yinchenhao decoction could reduce prostate wet weight /body weight ratio of rats with immunologic,decrease the level of serum TNF-α(P<0.01),inhibit iNOS expression in prostate tissue of rats(P<0.01),relieve prostate tissue inflammatory reaction.[Conclusion] From the experiment,we concluded: 1) The modified Yinchenhao decoction can treat CAP effectively.2) The mechanism is possibly related to decreasing the content of TNF-α and inhibiting the expression of iNOS in prostate tissue.
