| [目的]评价中药辨证治疗对慢性乙型肝炎轻度患者生活质量的影响。[方法]应用健康状况调查问卷,对本院200例慢性乙型肝炎轻度患者及50名健康者生活质量进行调查,对中药辨证治疗前后患者的生活质量主观指标进行对照分析,综合评价中药的疗效。[结果]治疗组生活质量评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),患者组治疗前后差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]中药辨证治疗能显著改善慢性乙型肝炎患者生活质量。 |

| [Objective] To study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM) therapy on quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).[Methods] QOL of 200 patients with CHB and 50 healthy controls were evaluated by Mos SF-36.[Results] Compared with control group,treatment group had obvious significance in the score of QLI(P<0.01).There was obvious significance before and after treatment(P<0.01).[Conclusion] CHM therapy can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with CHB. |
