| [目的]探讨老年高血压昼夜节律异常与中医辨证分型的关系。[方法]采用24h动态血压检测技术,对67例老年高血压患者进行监测和中医辨证分型,观察动态血压水平,计算夜间血压下降率,以此判断血压昼夜节律变化。[结果]1)在观察病例中反杓型为最常见之动态血压类型。2)67例观察病例中最常见的分型为瘀血阻络证,其次为痰湿内盛证,其余依次为阴阳两虚证、阴虚阳亢证。[结论]老年高血压不同中医证型与24 h血压水平和血压昼夜节律之间存在一定关系,通过中医辨证分型可以判断靶器官损害及预后。 |

| [Objective] To study the relationship between circadian rhythm variation of blood pressure and TCM syndrome pattern in patients with old aged essential hypertension(EHPT).[Methods] The 67 patients with old aged essential hypertension were selected,their circadian rhythm variation of blood pressure and TCM syndromes were determined.[Results] 1)The incidence of circadian rhythm abnormality of EHPT was high and most of the EHPT patients had a dipper blood pressure.2)The most common syndrome was stagnation of blood stasis syndrome,the next was phlegm damp syndrome,the rest was deficiency syndrome of both Yin and Yang,asthenic Yin causing predominant Yang.[Conclusion] TCM syndrome pattern is related to circadian rhythm variation of blood pressure in old aged essential hypertension.The damage of target organ and the prognosis can be judged by differentiation of TCM syndrome. |
