摘要:

[目的]观察针药结合治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的有效性。[方法]以脑蛋白水解物为对照药物进行随机对照临床研究。采用了日常生活能力量表(ADL),中文版简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)等进行测评。两组治疗前后分别评分,评分结果经统计学处理。[结果]两组血管性痴呆患者经过3个月的治疗,日常生活、活动能力、认知能力均较治疗前有明显提高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组疗效优于对照组。[结论]针药结合治疗可明显提高血管性痴呆患者的日常生活活动能力和总体认知功能,疗效较好。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect in treating vascular dementia by acupuncture combined with medicine.[Methods] Taking Cerebroprotein hydrolysate as the control substance and using random double-blind method the clinical study was performed.Using Activities of Daily Living(ADL scale)and MMSE scale(Mini-Mental State Exam)the evaluation was finished.It was carried out before and after treatment in two groups and statistically compared.[Results] After treatment the daily life ability,the activity ability and knowing ability were all improved in patients with vascular dementia in both group with significant difference(P<0.05).[Conclusion] Acupuncture combined with medicine can obviously enhance the ability of daily life and activity and total cognitive function of patients with vascular dementia and a better clinical curative effect was obtained.
