基于中医文献的抑郁症常见证候及证候要素分布特点的研究

摘要:

[目的] 通过对近10年有关抑郁症现代文献的研究分析,总结抑郁症常见证候及其证候要素的分布特点。[方法] 通过文献检索,选取2001-2010年有关抑郁症的现代文献,利用Epidata2.0软件建立数据库,进行统计分析。[结果] 经初步规范后,涉及证候名称86个,出现频率≥5%的常见证候为肝气郁结、肝郁脾虚、心脾两虚、肝肾阴虚、肝郁痰阻、肝郁血瘀、气滞血瘀证。在此基础上提取病位类证候要素8个,病性类证候要素18个。病性类证候要素出现频率≥5%分别是气滞、气虚、阴虚、血虚、热(或火)、神、痰;病位类证候要素为肝、脾、肾、心。[结论] 抑郁症的证候分布具有复杂多样的特点,证候要素分布则相对简约。通过文献研究,可为揭示该疾病常见的中医证候及其证候要素分布规律提供相应的依据。

Abstract:

[Objective] To summarize the common syndrome of depression and distribution characteristics of its syndrome factor by analyzing the modern literature for nearly 10 years about depression. [Methods] After searching the neoteric literatures of depression and establishing a literature data-base this material were then analyzed by Epidata 2.0 statistical software. [Results] There were 86 syndrome names after the preliminary specification. The common syndromes with appearing frequency of ≥5% are syndrome of liver Qi stagnation, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, deficiency in both heart and spleen, liver-kidney Yin deficiency, liverstagnation and phlegm obstruction, liver stagnation and blood stasis, Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Under this basis 8 syndrome-like factors in disease site and 18 syndrome-like factors due to disease characteristics were obtained. The later with appearing frequency of occurrences ≥5% are Qi stagnation, Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency, blood deficiency, hot (or fire), mind, phlegm; syndrome-like factors in disease site are liver, spleen, kidney, heart. [Conclusion] The syndrome distribution in depression has complex and varied characteristics. However the distribution of syndrome factor is relatively simple. Searching the neoteric literatures of depression can provide the corresponding basis for finding out the distribution rule about the syndromes and syndrome factors of depression.
