| [目的] 观察针灸、电针、心理疗法治疗惊恐障碍的临床疗效。[方法] 将60例惊恐障碍患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。治疗组采用针灸、电针结合心理疗法, 对照组给予口服赛乐特治疗。[结果] 治疗组总有效率为83.33%, 对照组为76.67%, 两组总有效率比较, 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05), 两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)减分率较治疗前显着降低, 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).[结论] 针灸、电针、心理疗法综合治疗惊恐障碍临床疗效与对照组相近, 效果较好。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To observe the clinical effects of combined use of acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, psychotherapy in the treatment of panic disorder. [Methods] The 60 patients with panic disorder were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group of 30 cases, and the control group of 30 cases. Acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and psychotherapy were used in the treatment group, and Western medicine-seroxat was used in the control group. [Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%, and the control group was 76.67%, there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Compare the six weeks HAMA score before treatmert, there are statistical difference (P<0.01). [Conclusion] Combined use of acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and psychotherapy has curative effect in the treatment of panic disorder. |
