名方续命汤考略

摘要:

续命汤是中国早期治疗杂病中风(主要是“中风痱证”)的名方, 主要记述了续命汤类名方的历代变化, 续命汤最早见于《范汪方》, 在其后的唐、宋、元、明诸朝的医着中, 载述了颇多续命汤的变化, 包括药物配伍、组成和药味数的不同, 方名的变异, 并给出了续命汤加减方治例。

Abstract:

Xuming decoction is a famous prescription treating miscellaneous diseases stroke in the early time of our country (mainly “stroke Fei syndrome”). Firstly, this paper has described the changes of Xuming decoction in different dynasties. Xuming decoction has firstly appeared in Fan Wang Fang. In the medical books of the followed Tang, Song, Yuan, and Ming dynasty, many changes of Xuming decoction, including changes of medicine compatibility, medicine composition, quantity and prescription name were recorded. Next, some therapeutic cases of modified Xuming decoction were given.
