| [目的] 白子菜在临床和民间广泛用于治疗高血压病、高脂血症及糖尿病, 2010年卫生部将其列为新资源食品。本文采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立白子菜中的主要黄酮类成分(芦丁)的含量测定方法。[方法] 石油醚(30～60℃)前处理, 取样量1.000 g,60%乙醇40 mL,超生提取15 min.色谱柱: Xterra @RP 185 um;流动相:“甲醇 -1% 冰醋酸(40:60);检测波长:360 nm.[结果] 通过线性关系考察, 表明芦丁质量浓度在0.011 2~0.067 2 mg/mL 范围内线性关系良好, r=0.999 1.精密度、重复性、重现性、稳定性及加样回收率结果均能满足分析要求。[结论] 此方法简便, 准确, 可为测定白子菜中黄酮类成分(芦丁)的含量, 提供一定的参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To establish assay method about the main ingredients of rutin in Gynura divaricata with HPLC. [Methods] Pretreatment was performed by petroleum ether (30~60℃). Mobile phase was “methanol-1% glacial acetic acid (40:60)”. The detection wavelength was 360 nm. Sample volume was 40 mL 1.000g 60% ethanol extract. Ultra extract was processed for 15 min. Chromatographic column was Xterra @RP 185 um. [Results] According to the linear relationship, it was showed that linear relation of rutin mass concentration was good in 0.011 2~0.067 2 mg/mL, r=0.999 1. All accuracy, reproducibility, stability and recovery could meet the analysis demand. [Conclusion] This method is simple and accurate, and it can provide some certain references for determination of rutin content in Gynura divaricata. |
