“良药苦口利于病”是古代前贤的诲人处世之名言, 一直是人们对中药治病的形象比喻。这一现实确实限制了中药复方汤剂的临床应用。但通过对服药时间的选择、服药方法的调整, 结合患者个体的感受, 可以在一定程度上缓解中药复方汤剂的口味问题。但良药“苦口”与“适口”之思路还有待进一步研讨。 |

Abstract: |
“Effective traditional Chinese medicine tastes bitter but benefits for treating illness” was a famous talking of the ancient wise person in teaching and taking things and was always a vivid comparison in applying traditional Chinese medicine. But this fact had surely limited the clinical application of the compound decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. However, through the choice of the time and method of drug administration and combining with the individual feeling of patients we can partly relieve the tasting matter of the compound decoction of traditional Chinese medicine. But the thinking of “effective drug tastes bitter” and “suitable for oral administration without uncomfortable feeling” needs further exploration. |
