摘要:

[目的] 收集伪劣饮片样品, 根据制假掺伪的具体方法和特点, 进行品种归类, 并针对性地建立相应的鉴别技术和方法。[方法] 现场走访国内主要中药材市场安国、亳州、荷花池等, 采用传统经验辨识, 结合基源、性状、显微、理化等鉴定方法对不同种类制假掺伪手段的饮片进行鉴别。[结果] 基于目前制假掺伪的新特点, 建立了一套较成熟的鉴别方法。[结论] 该方法在实际运用中, 具有简单、快速、准确、操作性较强的特点。

Abstract:

[Objective] According to the specific methods and characteristics of adulterated samples to classify species and to establish the corresponding identification techniques and methods for the collected shoddy prepared herbal medicine. [Methods] The different types of adulterated samples were identified by visiting the major domestic market, adopting traditional experienced recognition method combined with investigating the appearance, microstructure, physicochemical property. [Results] Based on the new adulterated characterisitics, a set of new more matured methods of identification techniques was established. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, accurate and highly operative in practical use.
