基于频谱分析的原穴部脉动变异特异性研究

摘要:
[目的] 研究原穴部脉动变异(脉搏间期变异)能否反映内脏功能, 并且其反映能否显示经脉特异性。[方法]用压力传感器同时在原穴部位连续测定512个脉搏间期, 对获取的脉动变异时间序列数据进行频谱分析, 算出功率谱指标。在健康人组、浅表性胃炎组和萎缩性胃炎组进行上述的分析, 各原穴部位的指标值比较做配对t检验, 评价原穴部位之间的关系。[结果] 健康人太渊、冲阳和太冲穴的脉动变异指标, 冲阳和太冲穴的TF、LF和HF值高于太渊穴(P<0.01),但LF/HF值都低于太渊穴(P<0.01),冲阳穴和太冲穴之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).浅表性胃炎患者原穴部位之间的关系呈与健康人一样的趋势;但萎缩性胃炎患者, 冲阳穴的脉动变异指标值有明显的变化, 即冲阳穴值低于太冲穴值(P<0.01).[结论] 冲阳穴(胃经原穴)脉动变异能反映胃病证。

Abstract:
[Objective] To explore whether the pulse variation (pulse interval variation) of Yuan points will reflect the function of viscera and its meridian specificity. [Methods] The study included three groups: normal group, superficial gastritis group and atropic gastritis group. Pressure transducer was used to obtain the pulse interval data of Yuan points, spetrum indicies was calculated by spectrum analysis of 512 pulse intervals, the relation between every Yuan points was evaluated in each groups. [Results] TF, LF and HF of Chongyang (ST42) and Taichong (LR3) was significantly higher than Taiyuan (LU9) (P<0.01), but LF/HF was significantly lower than LU9 (P<0.01). No significant difference was shown between ST42 and LR3 (P>0.05) in normal group. The relation between every Yuan points in superficial gastritis group was the same as that of normal group. But unlike to normal and superficial gastritis group, the indicates of ST42 in atropic gastritis group was significantly lower than LR3 (P<0.01). [Conclusion] The pulse variation of ST42 may reflect gastric phatological state.
